The Saints Sutor is a small and simple hotel. You check in yourself whenever suits you, breakfast is served by TEDS right downstairs, and within a few minutes you are on the Kasteelplein. We take care of the rest, and we are always within reach when you need us.

About The Saints Sutor

Looking for a boutique hotel in Breda city centre? At Sutor you sleep in a nineteenth-century townhouse on Catharinastraat, right next to the Grote Kerk. We have fourteen rooms, from a 22 m² Comfort Room to a duplex suite under the old roof beams that sleeps six.

Every room has a box-spring bed, a rain shower with Marie-Stella-Maris toiletries, Nespresso and fast Wi-Fi. There is no reception desk: your digital key is on your phone, so you check in from 15:00 whenever it suits you.

If you do have a question, we are available day and night via chat. Breakfast is served downstairs by TEDS All Day Brunch, à la carte. And then there is the city: the Havermarkt and Grote Markt are a two-minute walk, the Begijnhof and Valkenberg Park just around the corner.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Earlier or later? Send us a message and we will see what we can do.
How does self check-in work?
Before arrival you receive all instructions and your digital key by email, so there is no waiting. Our team is available 24/7 via chat.
Is there a lift?
No. The Saints Sutor is a historic building and the rooms are only reachable via a narrow staircase. The stairs are fairly steep, so keep this in mind if you have limited mobility or heavy luggage.
How does the digital room key work?
After booking, you add your room key to Apple Wallet. As soon as you check in and your room is assigned, the key activates automatically. Then simply hold your iPhone or Apple Watch against the lock: thanks to Express Mode you do not need to unlock your device or open an app. The key appears on your paired Apple Watch automatically, and if you booked several rooms it works for each of them. The key is stored only on your own device, so nobody else sees which doors you open. You need an iPhone 8 or later with iOS 16.4 or later, or an Apple Watch Series 3 or later with watchOS 9.2 or later.

Breakfast is served à la carte by TEDS All Day Brunch on the ground floor of our building. You order and pay on the spot.
