How does self check-in work?
Before arrival you receive all instructions and your digital key by email, so there is no waiting. Our team is available 24/7 via chat.
Is there a lift?
No. The Saints Sutor is a historic building and the rooms are only reachable via a narrow staircase. The stairs are fairly steep, so keep this in mind if you have limited mobility or heavy luggage.
How does the digital room key work?
After booking, you add your room key to Apple Wallet. As soon as you check in and your room is assigned, the key activates automatically. Then simply hold your iPhone or Apple Watch against the lock: thanks to Express Mode you do not need to unlock your device or open an app. The key appears on your paired Apple Watch automatically, and if you booked several rooms it works for each of them. The key is stored only on your own device, so nobody else sees which doors you open. You need an iPhone 8 or later with iOS 16.4 or later, or an Apple Watch Series 3 or later with watchOS 9.2 or later.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is served à la carte by TEDS All Day Brunch on the ground floor of our building. You order and pay on the spot.
What if my phone is flat, lost or stolen?
Is your iPhone almost flat? Your room key keeps working: with Power Reserve you can still open your room for up to five hours after it shuts down (iPhone XS and later). If your iPhone or Apple Watch is lost or stolen, temporarily disable or remove the key via iCloud.com or the Find My app on another Apple device. Then get in touch: our team is available day and night and will arrange a new key for you.
